Maytag performa dryer won't turn off
WebIs there a way to remove the lint filter "housing" in a Maytag Performa electric dryer? I can see a lot of lint down inside (when I remove the screen and use a flashlight) but I can't get to it. There are two screws on the outside of the cabinet that look like they should hold that housing in, but it doesn't budge when they are removed.
