"Make cloth bag" will take vegetal cloth, "Make silk cloth bag" will take cave spider silk and "Make yarn cloth bag" will take sheeps, yaks and whatnot processed yarn. Do note that it isn't an adjective found in the work order tab, those ARE the orders. Did you took, like, yarn cloth bag by any chance ?
